Resource center can be asked for providing resources and implementing the strategies regarding motorcycle safety programs. As a follow up, employees should be consistently insisted to ride as per the guidelines of safety program.

Another dimension is to conduct need assessment surveys and ask them question that would determine their basic needs for riding motorcycle. Thereafter, understand their skills level and develop a lesson plan for educating them about what they are lacking for being a safe motorcycle rider.

Classify riders into different categories or groups and then appoint a coordinator, who will be communicating the safety program to the rest. Coordinator would help to assist employer in conducting further training programs. He may hire an expert from outside that would create awareness about wearing safety motorcycle gear, certified helmets, body armors, and motorcycle riding boots.

Next important step is to design a thorough training module on every aspect that a rider might come across and distribute it amongst the employees who ride. Pair the one who is beginner as a rider, with the one who is more enthusiastic and knowledgeable about safe motorcycle ride. The one with more experience would help the other as mentor. This is how an employer could contribute towards the implementation of motorcycle safety programs and help employees to save their lives.
